HOLIDAY GRAMS: Tis the season to show your special someone, or your friends, that you care. Come to the large quad at lunch all this week, December 7-11, and order your holiday gram for $1. Holiday grams will be handed out on December 16th.
COME SUPPORT THE CLASS OF 2018 at Panda Express in the Santee Town Center on Monday, December 14 from 1-11:00 pm. You must present the flyer in order to have a portion of the proceeds go to the Class of 2018. See Santana’s website or any of the class officers for the flyer.
PIZZA PARTY: If you were a Flag Bearer for Multicultural Week, come to the pizza party on Thursday, December 10 at lunch in the gym.
SPIRIT TAGS: Sultans! We are selling Spirit Tags! They make great Christmas presents and also great Santana memories. It is $2 for a standard tag and $3 for a custom tag. Spirit tags will be available for sale starting Monday, December 7-11 in front of the library and finance office. You must have cash on you when you turn in the order form.
WINTER FORMAL is fast approaching. If you have not purchased your bids yet, please come to finance to get them. They are $25 w/ an ASB card and $30 w/out. Also, if you are interested in running for court, please see Mrs. Erpelding in room 313 ASAP.
ATTENTION SULTANS AND ALUMNI: The yearbook is selling past books that were ordered in excess. If you would like a yearbook from years past, they are $20. CONGRATULATIONS to the Girls Cross Country team for being runner up in the CIF championship meet. This earned them a spot in the CIF state meet. The team was comprised of: Janice Deguerio (who finished 5th in CIF), Jamie McDonald (who finished 7th in CIF), Carmen Gonzales, Karen Cruz, Hannah Lockmann, Bridgett Smith and Sarina Johnson. Great job girls! Kibrom Elias came in 3rd in CIF and also earned a spot in the state meet.

ZOMBIE CLUB: If you want to survive the Zombie Apocalypse, come join the Zombie Club every Wednesday’s at lunch in Ms. Chandler’s room, S7. New members are welcome. We are all infected.
READING CLUB: Meets in the library every Friday at lunch. If you enjoy a good read and sharing your love for literature, come join us.
KEY CLUB: Want to make quality friends and become more involved in school activities while earning your volunteer hours? Thursday’s at lunch in Room 107.
A.C.E.: Santana’s Architecture, Construction, and Engineering after school program also known as ACE meets Wednesday’s in 802, right after school at 2:00. PEACE COUNCIL: Wednesday’s at lunch in room 105. We focus on building a better Santana community, community service, and fun activities. New members are welcome!
SCIENCE FICTION CLUB: The Sci-Fi Club is open to all on Wednesday at lunch in room 207. The Sci-Fi Club is a fun place to hang out and eat your lunch. We will be discussing the new Star Wars Battle Front game.
ECOLOGY CLUB: There’s just one small thing you can do to improve the environment. You never know how big the impact will be. Come find out what it is at the Ecology Club meeting Wednesday at lunch in room S-8.
THE COLOR SPECTRUM CLUB is your Santana LGBT club and meets Thursdays at lunch in room 402. We invite you to come and hang out, learn about LGBT issues, meet new friends, and help us plan some fun and exciting events.

ROBOTIC’S CLUB is meeting in room 307 on Wednesdays to get ready for the competition season! If you would like to be a part of the San Diego and Las Vegas regional competitions, come by and sign up! Build season starts in January and we will be practicing designs and fundraising in December.
