GRADUATION ANNOUNCEMENTS: Seniors – there are many of you that have not picked up your Graduation Announcements. So…ask your parents if they purchased announcements and then come to Mrs. King’s office and pick them up.
CLASS OFFICE: If you are running for class office, please make sure you have picked up a signature sheet from ASB. They are due Monday at the latest. We will be having our online Class Office vote on Wednesday, May 25th. Please remember when campaigning that all signed must be hung using blue painters tape only. All signs must be taken down immediately after voting is complete, Thursday at the latest. Absolutely no candy or food can be handed out for campaigning purposes. The winners of class office will be announced at the Five D Dodgeball Tournament on Wednesday, May 25th.
DODGEBALL TOURNAMENT: The Five D Dodgeball Tournament is less than a week away. All teams wanting to compete must have their waivers and fees paid today by the end of lunch directly with Mrs. Elliott. Teams must have 6 players, a name, uniforms, waivers and a $5 fee per student ($30 per team). The doors open at 3:15; start time is at 3:30. All teams must be present by 3:15. Good luck dodgers and don’t forget to Dodge, duck dip dive, and dodge your way to victory!

PEER MEDIATION APPLICATIONS are due today. If you picked up a peer mediation application from Mrs. Spenny, please turn that in today. If you need more time getting your application done, let Mrs. Spenny know by the end of the day today.
SUMMER SCHOOL: Summer school classes are filling up fast. Turn in your completed application to the front office at the attendance counter. See your counselor if you have any questions.
SENIOR MUGS: Buy your custom senior mug for only $20. It is a 25 oz. glass sport mug for the Class of 2016. All senior names are listed on it and the Sultan logo is on the front. It’s a one-of-a-king keepsake. Pay at the finance office and then pick it up in room 801. There is a limited quantity, so buy it now.
CONGRATULATIONS to the 2016 Sultan Engineering Team. Victoria Hike, Cole Stromberg, and Nathan Garrett won the State Championship last weekend in Sacramento defeating over 100 schools throughout the state. This is Santana’s third state championship in the last six year. Way to go future engineers of America!
TRAVEL CLUB: We have a mandatory meeting today at lunch in room 705 for all travelers signed up for the Northern Spain trip next year. Anyone who is interested in going to next year’s trip is welcome to the meeting. We will talk about fundraising for the trip. See you today at lunch!
POWDER PUFF: Attention all juniors and seniors playing powder puff or cheerleading. Please stop by room 306 ASAP to grab a mandatory waiver. The waiver and $5 is due at the finance office by Monday. A.C.E.: Santana’s Architecture, Construction, and Engineering after school program also known as ACE meets Wednesday’s in 802, right after school at 2:00. PEACE COUNCIL: Wednesday’s at lunch in room 105. We focus on building a better Santana community, community service, and fun activities. New members are welcome!
SCIENCE FICTION CLUB: The Sci-Fi Club is open to all on Wednesday’s at lunch in room 207. The Sci-Fi Club is a fun place to hang out and eat your lunch. We will be discussing the new Star Wars Battle Front game.
